– 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
– 1 cup of cold water or soda water (for lightness)
– Optional: 1 egg (for richer flavor)
– 10 pieces of chicken drumsticks
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Gradually add the cold water or soda water, mixing until you get a smooth batter. If using, mix in the egg.
