Description

This creamy spinach dip is a perfect combination of rich cream cheese, vibrant spinach, and savory flavors. Ideal for parties, gatherings, or as an appetizer, this easy-to-make dip will be a crowd favorite. Its creamy, cheesy texture and fresh spinach make it a go-to recipe for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Thaw and drain the frozen spinach to remove excess moisture. Use a clean kitchen towel to press out any remaining water.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and softened cream cheese. Blend until smooth using a hand mixer or whisk.
  • Stir in the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Gently fold the spinach into the creamy mixture, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the dip into a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve with chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping.

Notes

  • Spicy Variation: Add diced jalapeño or a teaspoon of hot sauce to spice it up.
  • Cheesy Variation: Add shredded mozzarella or cheddar for extra cheesy goodness.
  • Greek Variation: Replace sour cream and mayo with Greek yogurt for a tangy, lighter option.
  • Vegan Option: Use vegan cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo for a plant-based dip.
