Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup uncooked white rice
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook the rice according to package instructions.
In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, peas and carrots, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
