Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven – Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare Dough – In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, oil, and flour. Stir until smooth. If using, fold in chocolate chips and vanilla extract.
  • Shape Cookies – Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet, leaving 2 inches between each.
  • Bake – Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the edges are set but the centers remain soft.
  • Cool – Let cookies rest for a few minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to cool.

Notes

  • For chewier cookies, slightly underbake them.
  • Prevent spreading by chilling the dough for 15 minutes before baking.
  • Customize flavors with nuts, white chocolate chips, or a drizzle of caramel.
