Ingredients:
1 baguette (sliced)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
4 ripe tomatoes (diced)
¼ cup fresh basil (chopped)
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Prepare the Bread:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brush baguette slices with olive oil and toast for 5-7 minutes until golden.
Make the Topping:
In a bowl, mix tomatoes, garlic, basil, balsamic vinegar, and black pepper.
Assemble & Serve:
Spoon the mixture onto toasted bread.
Drizzle with extra olive oil if desired.
