Description

Cinnamon Sore Throat Tea is a warm, soothing natural remedy made with cinnamon, honey, and lemon. Perfect for easing throat irritation or as a comforting beverage on chilly days, this tea is quick, healthy, and customizable to your taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 cinnamon stick (or 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 slice fresh ginger (optional)

Instructions

  • Place the cinnamon stick (or ground cinnamon) and ginger slice (if using) into a heatproof mug.
  • Pour the boiling water over the cinnamon and let it steep for 5-7 minutes. If using ground cinnamon, stir well to avoid settling.
  • Remove the cinnamon stick and ginger slice.
  • Stir in honey and lemon juice if desired.
  • Sip slowly while warm to soothe your throat.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness with more or less honey as desired.
  • For a stronger tea, let the cinnamon steep longer or use two sticks.
  • Fresh lemon juice is recommended for better flavor and vitamin C.
