Christmas Eggnog Bread

A festive loaf infused with eggnog and spices, perfect for holiday gifting or enjoying warm with loved ones.

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup eggnog

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

Mix flour, sugars, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt.

In another bowl, combine eggnog, oil, eggs, and vanilla.

Add wet mixture to dry ingredients, stirring gently. Fold in pecans if desired.

Pour into loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes. Cool before slicing.
