Ingredients:
2 cups fresh diced strawberries
1 cup strawberry Greek yogurt
12 ounces dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)
Sea salt (optional)
Directions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine diced strawberries with Greek yogurt until you have a creamy, fruity
mixture.
Drop the yogurt mixture in small clusters onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them well. You should
get about 8, 2-inch sized bites.
Freeze the yogurt bites on the baking sheet until solid, approximately 30 minutes.
Place chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using) in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in the microwave in 30-
second intervals, stirring between each, until completely melted. Allow sitting at room temperature for
3-5 minutes.
Dip each frozen yogurt bite into the melted chocolate using a fork, ensuring they are completely
covered, then place back on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt if using.
Allow the chocolate to harden for a few minutes before enjoying.
