Ingredients:
For the Base:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
For the Peanut Butter Layer:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
For the Chocolate Layer:
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set it aside.
In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to create the base layer.
For the peanut butter layer, in another bowl, beat the softened butter until smooth. Add the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar, then mix until well combined. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the graham cracker base.
For the chocolate layer, in a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, creamy peanut butter, and heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate and peanut butter are melted and the mixture is smooth.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours or until the chocolate has set.
Once the bars are fully set, you can slice them into squares or bars and serve.
