Ingredients

  • 45 large tangerines
  • 200g dark chocolate (or milk chocolate)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)
  • 1/4 cup crushed nuts (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tangerines: Peel and separate the tangerines into individual slices. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: Melt chocolate in 20-second microwave intervals or over a double boiler. Stir in coconut oil if desired.
  3. Dip the Tangerines: Dip each tangerine slice halfway into the melted chocolate. Return to the parchment paper and optionally sprinkle with nuts or sea salt.
  4. Set the Chocolate: Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
