Seriously, this is the only chocolate chip cookie recipe I use! The BEST! 😋🤤
Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup butter, room temperature
1 cup brown sugar, packed
12 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 cups chocolate chips

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). If using, prepare a Wilton muffin top pan by lightly greasing or lining with parchment paper.
In a bowl, sift together the flour, salt, and baking soda. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the room temperature butter, brown sugar, and
granulated sugar until smooth and well combined.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed just until incorporated. Be careful not to overmix.
Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Scoop the dough onto the prepared muffin top pan or a baking sheet, spacing the cookies about 2 inches apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are golden around the edges but still soft in the center.
Allow the cookies to cool on the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
