Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

½ cup rolled oats

¾ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for thickness)

1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon peanut butter (or almond butter)

1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips

½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:

Mix Ingredients:

In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, peanut butter, and cinnamon.

Stir well to combine.

Add Chocolate Chips:

Mix in chocolate chips, saving some for topping.

Refrigerate Overnight:

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
