Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

3 cups powdered sugar

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

¼ cup heavy cream (or milk)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Beat Butter: In a bowl, beat softened butter until smooth and creamy.

Add Dry Ingredients: Sift in powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Mix on low speed until combined.

Add Liquid Ingredients: Pour in heavy cream and vanilla extract. Beat on medium-high speed for 2-3 minutes until fluffy.

 

Adjust Consistency: If too thick, add a tablespoon of cream; if too thin, add more powdered sugar.

Use & Enjoy! Spread on cakes, cupcakes, or cookies.
