1 kg (2lb) Boneless chicken breast or Boneless Chicken thighs

¼ cup Soy sauce

2 tablespoons Sesame oil

¼ cup Honey

2 tablespoon Cider Vinegar

1 teaspoon Ginger

1 teaspoon Garlic powder

1 teaspoon Onion powder

½ teaspoon Black pepper or hot sauce or to taste

Instructions:

Soak the skewers in cold water for a minimum of 30 minutes.

Prep the chicken – Clean, pat dry and cut the chicken into bite-sized cubes.

Make the marinade – In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic powder, onion powder,

ginger, hot sauce/black pepper, and vinegar. Mix until well combined.

Marinate chicken – Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are thoroughly coated. Cover

the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.

Thread chicken – Remove the chicken from the fridge and thread onto the skewers.

Air Fryer: Cook in the air fryer at 400°F/200°C for 5 minutes, turn them over, and cook for another 5

minutes or until fully cooked.

Oven: Place skewers on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F/200°C for 15 minutes,

turning halfway through, until evenly browned and cooked.

Grill: On a BBQ grill, turn the chicken every 2-3 minutes on low heat to prevent the marinade from

burning. Cook for about 12 minutes.

Stove: Heat a griddle or skillet with a brush of oil over medium heat. Cook the chicken sticks for 3-4

minutes on each side, for a total of 6-8 minutes.
