Ingredients
- 12 oz. Galbani® Mozzarella
- 3 cups leftover chili
- 1 store-bought pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Sour cream, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the Oil Mixture: Combine cilantro, garlic, red pepper flakes, and olive oil in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Divide the Dough: Shape the pizza dough into a ball and divide into 16 equal pieces.
- Prepare the Filling: Cut mozzarella into small chunks.
- Assemble the Dough Balls:
- Flatten each dough piece.
- Place 1 tablespoon of chili and 5–6 mozzarella chunks in the center.
- Pinch edges to seal and form a ball.
- Bake: Arrange dough balls on a lined baking sheet. Brush with the oil mixture. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve: Cool for 5 minutes and serve with sour cream or your favorite dip.
