Ingredients:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cooked & shredded)
2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)

For the Teriyaki Sauce:
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp honey (or brown sugar)
1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for thickening)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a casserole dish.
