Cheesy Shrimp Bake

Ingredients:

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the topping:

1 cup breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons melted butter

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.

Mix melted butter and garlic in a bowl.

Arrange shrimp in the baking dish.

In another bowl, whisk chicken broth, heavy cream, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Pour the cream mixture over the shrimp.

Sprinkle cheddar and Parmesan cheeses over the top.

Combine breadcrumbs with melted butter and spread over the casserole.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

Garnish with parsley.
