Ingredients

  • Ground beef
  • Salt and pepper
  • 12 St Pierre Brioche Slider Rolls
  • 12 slices of aged cheddar cheese
  • 12 slices of streaky bacon
  • Fresh arugula leaves
  • Ketchup (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Beef Patties:
    Combine ground beef with salt and pepper. Divide into 12 portions, shaping into patties.
  • Cook the beef :
    Grill bacon to desired crispness and set aside.
  • Grill the Patties:
    Preheat grill to medium heat. Cook patties, topping each with cheddar cheese before removing.
  • Assemble Sliders:
    Layer cheese-topped patties, bacon, and arugula on split brioche buns. Serve with ketchup if desired.
