- 12 St Pierre Brioche Slider Rolls
- 12 slices of aged cheddar cheese
- 12 slices of streaky bacon
- Fresh arugula leaves
- Ketchup (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Beef Patties:
Combine ground beef with salt and pepper. Divide into 12 portions, shaping into patties. - Cook the beef :
Grill bacon to desired crispness and set aside. - Grill the Patties:
Preheat grill to medium heat. Cook patties, topping each with cheddar cheese before removing. - Assemble Sliders:
Layer cheese-topped patties, bacon, and arugula on split brioche buns. Serve with ketchup if desired.
