Ingredients

  • Fettuccine pasta: 12 oz
  • Shrimp: 1 lb, peeled and deveined
  • Steak: 8 oz (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Cajun seasoning: 2 tbsp (divided)
  • Olive oil: 2 tbsp
  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
  • Heavy cream: 1 ½ cups
  • Parmesan cheese: 1 cup, grated
  • Salt and pepper: To taste
  • Fresh parsley: For garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta:
    • Boil salted water in a large pot. Cook fettuccine until al dente.
    • Drain and set aside.
  2. Season and Cook the Steak:
    • Toss steak with 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning.
    • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Sear steak for 4–5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Cook the Shrimp:
    • Sprinkle shrimp with remaining Cajun seasoning.
    • Add 1 tbsp olive oil to the skillet. Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
  4. Make Alfredo Sauce:
    • Sauté garlic in the skillet for 1 minute.
    • Add heavy cream, simmer for 2–3 minutes.
    • Stir in Parmesan until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Combine and Serve:
    • Toss fettuccine in Alfredo sauce. Add steak and shrimp.
    • Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
