Ingredients
- Fettuccine pasta: 12 oz
 - Shrimp: 1 lb, peeled and deveined
 - Steak: 8 oz (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
 - Cajun seasoning: 2 tbsp (divided)
 - Olive oil: 2 tbsp
 - Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
 - Heavy cream: 1 ½ cups
 - Parmesan cheese: 1 cup, grated
 - Salt and pepper: To taste
 - Fresh parsley: For garnish
 
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta:
- Boil salted water in a large pot. Cook fettuccine until al dente.
 - Drain and set aside.
 
 - Season and Cook the Steak:
- Toss steak with 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning.
 - Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
 - Sear steak for 4–5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
 
 - Cook the Shrimp:
- Sprinkle shrimp with remaining Cajun seasoning.
 - Add 1 tbsp olive oil to the skillet. Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
 
 - Make Alfredo Sauce:
- Sauté garlic in the skillet for 1 minute.
 - Add heavy cream, simmer for 2–3 minutes.
 - Stir in Parmesan until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
 
 - Combine and Serve:
- Toss fettuccine in Alfredo sauce. Add steak and shrimp.
 - Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
