Banana Fudge

Creamy banana fudge made with ripe bananas, sweetened condensed milk, and optional white chocolate chips and nuts. A sweet, melt-in-your-mouth treat with a hint of banana flavor.

Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas, mashed

2 cups granulated sugar

½ cup unsalted butter

1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:

Combine Ingredients: In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the mashed bananas, granulated sugar, butter, and sweetened condensed milk.

Cook the Mixture: Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the mixture thickens and reaches a fudgy consistency.

Add Flavors: Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. If using, add white chocolate chips and chopped nuts, stirring until evenly distributed.

Pour and Set: Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan. Allow the fudge to cool completely at room temperature before cutting it into squares.
