Baked Pumpkin Donuts with Maple Glaze

Ingredients:

1½ cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp cloves

¼ tsp salt

1 cup pumpkin purée

½ cup brown sugar

1 egg

¼ cup vegetable oil

¼ cup milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

Maple Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp maple syrup

1-2 tbsp milk

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a donut pan.

In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and spices.

In a separate bowl, whisk together pumpkin purée, sugar, egg, oil, milk, and vanilla.

Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet.

Fill the donut pan and bake for 12-15 minutes.
