Ingredients:
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, trimmed
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (fresh preferred, but pre-grated can be used)
2 teaspoons paprika
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions:
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to preheat at 400°F (200°C).
Prepare Bowls: Use two medium-sized bowls. In the first bowl, beat the eggs. In the second bowl, mix
together the flour, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Prepare Baking Sheet: Place a wire rack on a large baking sheet and brush the rack with oil to prevent
sticking.
Coat Chicken: Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then into the Parmesan-paprika mixture,
ensuring an even coat on both sides. Arrange the coated chicken in a single layer on the prepared rack.
Add Butter: Pour the melted butter evenly over the chicken pieces.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the
Parmesan crust is golden and crispy. For extra browning, you may broil for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Serve: Complement the chicken with steamed broccoli or your choice of vegetables. Garnish with fresh
parsley if desired.
