Amazing Forgotten Chicken

A comforting and delicious one-pan meal that is easy to prepare and perfect for a busy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients:

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

– 1 cup long grain rice, uncooked

– 1 packet dry onion soup mix

– 1 1/2 cups water

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Grease a large baking dish and spread the rice evenly across the bottom.

3. Place chicken breasts on top of the rice.

4. In a bowl, mix the soup and water until smooth. Pour over chicken and rice.

5. Sprinkle with onion soup mix.

6. Cover with foil and bake for 1.5 hours, without removing the foil.

7. Serve warm and enjoy the comforting flavors!
