- 1/4 tsp ground sage
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Remove giblets and pat the chicken dry.
- Mix Seasoning: Combine salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, and sage in a small bowl.
- Season the Chicken: Spritz chicken with olive oil spray and rub the spice mixture evenly over the skin. Optionally, tie the legs with kitchen twine.
