  • 4 tablespoons butter

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • Fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions

  • Roast the Acorn Squash:
    • Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
    • Halve squash, remove seeds, and place cut side up on a baking sheet.

  • Prepare the Caramelized Apples:

  • Assemble and Bake:
