Ingredients:

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 cups powdered sugar

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

2 tablespoons vegetable shortening (optional)

Instructions:




In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, softened butter, and powdered sugar until well combined.

Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth. If desired, add vegetable shortening to achieve a smoother consistency.

Using a toothpick or fork, dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.
