Crockpot Beef Tips & Noodles

Tender beef tips slow-cooked to perfection in a savory sauce, served over a bed of buttery noodles.

Ingredients:

– 2 lbs beef tips

– 1 onion, chopped

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 cup beef broth

– 1/4 cup soy sauce

– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

– 1 teaspoon dried thyme

– 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 12 oz egg noodles

– 2 tablespoons butter

– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Place the beef tips, chopped onion, minced garlic, beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper in the crockpot.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender.

About 30 minutes before serving, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and toss with butter.

Serve the beef tips over the buttered noodles, garnished with fresh parsley.
