Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
⅓ cup granulated erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
⅓ cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and erythritol.
In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until combined.
