These festive Christmas Cheesecake Snickerdoodles combine soft, spiced snickerdoodle cookies with a creamy cheesecake filling. Rolled in cinnamon sugar, these cookies are both rich and cozy, making them a holiday favorite!

Ingredients:

For the cookies:

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

For the filling:

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

For coating:

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cream butter and sugars, then add egg and vanilla. Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt.

For the filling, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar.

Roll cookie dough around a small spoonful of filling to form a ball.
