Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats (gluten-free, if needed)
2 large bananas, mashed
½ cup peanut butter
¼ cup blueberries
Directions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, mashed bananas, and peanut butter, mixing well. Gently fold in the blueberries with a rubber spatula.
Form Cookies: Scoop and shape the dough into 12 balls, placing each one on the prepared baking sheet. Press each ball gently to flatten into a cookie shape.
