Peanut Butter Bars

These no-bake peanut butter bars are rich, creamy, and topped with a layer of chocolate. They’re an easy, decadent treat that combines the irresistible flavors of peanut butter and chocolate for a perfect dessert or snack.

Ingredients:

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1 3/4 cups powdered sugar

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter (for topping)

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix together 1 cup of peanut butter, melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar until smooth and well combined.

Press the mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and creamy.

Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer, spreading it evenly.

Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolate is set. Once firm, cut into squares and serve.
