Cinnamon Roll Cake

This Cinnamon Roll Cake combines the classic flavors of a cinnamon roll with a fluffy cake base, topped with a buttery cinnamon-sugar swirl and finished with a creamy vanilla glaze. It’s the perfect treat for breakfast or dessert!

Ingredients:

Bottom Layer

– 3 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 ½ cups milk

– 1 cup white sugar

– 2 eggs

– 4 tsp baking powder

– 2 tsp vanilla extract

– ¼ tsp salt

– ¼ cup butter, melted

Top Layer

– 1 cup butter, softened

– 1 cup brown sugar

– 2 Tbsp flour

– 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon

Glaze

– 2 cups confectioners’ sugar

– 5 Tbsp milk

– 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch pan.

2. In a large bowl, mix flour, milk, sugar, eggs, baking powder, vanilla, and salt. Add melted butter and pour into pan.

3. In another bowl, beat softened butter, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Drop by spoonfuls over batter.

4. Swirl the top layer into the batter with a knife.

5. Bake 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out almost clean.

6. Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over the warm cake.
