Ingredients:
For the cupcakes:
1 box chocolate cake mix (or your favorite homemade recipe)
Ingredients as per the box instructions (usually eggs, oil, and water)
For the decorations:
1 cup chocolate frosting
Pretzels (for antlers)
Candy eyes
Red M&Ms (for Rudolph’s nose)
Mini chocolate chips (for other reindeer’s noses)
Directions:
Bake the Cupcakes:
Preheat your oven according to the cake mix instructions and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
Prepare the chocolate cake mix as directed on the box, then divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners.
Bake as per the package instructions, usually for 18-22 minutes. Let the cupcakes cool completely.
Frost the Cupcakes:
Once the cupcakes have cooled, spread or pipe chocolate frosting on top of each one.
Decorate the Reindeer:
Add two pretzels at the top of each cupcake for the reindeer antlers.
