Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 large bananas)
1/2 cup Nutella, warmed for swirling
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and set it aside.
Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Mix the Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar, whisking until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and mashed bananas.
Combine the Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Swirl in the Nutella: Pour half of the banana bread batter into the prepared loaf pan. Drizzle half of the warmed Nutella over the batter and gently swirl with a knife. Add the remaining batter on top and drizzle the remaining Nutella, swirling again.
Bake: Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
