Ingredients:

1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

8 oz cream cheese, softened

¼ cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup graham cracker crumbs (optional for garnish)

Directions:

Prep the Strawberries:

Rinse the strawberries, hull them, and slice them in half. Set them aside on a serving platter.

Make the Cheesecake Filling:

In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Fill the Strawberries:

Spoon the cheesecake mixture into a piping bag (or use a plastic bag with the tip cut off) and pipe the filling onto each halved strawberry.

Garnish:
