Ingredients:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed 🍗
1 tablespoon olive oil 🫒
1 packet taco seasoning 🌮
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel) 🍅
1 cup long grain white rice 🍚
2 cups chicken broth 🍲
1/2 cup jarred queso dip 🧀
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
1/4 cup sour cream 🥛
Fresh cilantro, for garnish 🌿
Directions:
Cook the Chicken:
