Pecan Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients:

1 unbaked pie crust

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup granulated sugar

4 large eggs, divided

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup pecans, chopped

1 cup corn syrup

1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

Directions:

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Cheesecake Layer:

In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, 1 egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread the mixture evenly into the unbaked pie crust.

Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the cheesecake layer.

Prepare the Pecan Pie Layer:

In another bowl, beat the remaining 3 eggs, corn syrup, and brown sugar until well combined. Pour this mixture evenly over the pecans in the pie shell.

Bake the Pie:
