Ingredients:
2 racks of pork ribs
2 cups barbecue sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Ribs:
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor absorption.
Season the ribs with salt and pepper.
Make the Barbecue Sauce:
In a bowl, mix together barbecue sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Adjust the sweetness and seasoning to your preference.
Coat the Ribs:
Coat the ribs evenly with a generous layer of the prepared barbecue sauce.
Place in the Crockpot:
Place the coated ribs in the slow cooker, standing them up against the walls of the crockpot with the meaty side facing outward.
Slow Cook:
Pour any remaining barbecue sauce over the ribs.
Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the ribs are tender and cooked through.
Optional Finish on the Grill or Oven:
If desired, finish the ribs on the grill or in the oven for a few minutes to caramelize the barbecue sauce and add a smoky flavor.
Serve:
Once done, cut the ribs into individual portions.
Serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
Enjoy these succulent Crockpot Barbecue Ribs, perfectly tender and bursting with flavor!
