Crispy Roasted Cauliflower

A crispy, flavorful, and healthy alternative to meat, this roasted cauliflower is perfectly seasoned and baked until golden brown and tender—sure to satisfy any craving!

Ingredients:

1 large head of cauliflower (approximately 2 lbs), cut into florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Optional: 1/4 cup grated hard cheese

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Wash and thoroughly dry the cauliflower florets. Cut large florets into smaller, more evenly sized pieces for consistent cooking.

In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until all florets are evenly coated. If using hard cheese, add it to the bowl and toss to combine.

Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 30-40 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender, flipping halfway through to ensure even browning.
