Ingredients:
2 cups of cream cheese, softened
1 can (8 ounces) of crushed pineapple, well drained
1/4 cup of finely chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
1 cup of chopped pecans
1 tablespoon of seasoned salt
Instructions:
Step 1: Mix Cream Cheese and Pineapple
In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with the well-drained crushed pineapple.
Step 2: Add Flavor
Stir in the chopped green pepper, chopped onion, and seasoned salt into the cream cheese mixture.
Step 3: Form the Ball
Once all the ingredients are well-mixed, shape the mixture into a ball.
Step 4: Coat with Pecans
Roll the cheese ball in the chopped pecans until it is fully coated.

Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and chill it in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving to let it firm up.
