Delicious Salmon Filets Stuffed with Crab, Shrimp, and Seasonings

Ingredients:

– 4 salmon filets
– 1/2 lb crab meat
– 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1/2 onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
– 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
– 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

– Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and bell peppers and sauté until softened.
Add the crab meat and shrimp to the skillet and cook until the shrimp is pink and cooked through.
Remove from heat and stir in breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Cut a slit into each salmon filet to create a pocket. Stuff each filet with the crab and shrimp mixture.
Place the stuffed salmon filets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
