Delicious and Easy-to-Make Sushi Bake Cups Inspired by TikTok Trends
Ingredients:
– 2 cups cooked sushi rice
– 1/2 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
– 1/2 lb imitation crab meat, chopped
– 1/4 cup Japanese mayonnaise
– 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil
– 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
– 1/2 teaspoon sugar
– 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 2 tablespoons masago (fish roe)
– Nori sheets, cut into small squares for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, combine the cooked sushi rice, chopped shrimp, and chopped crab meat.
In a separate bowl, mix the Japanese mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sugar.
Add the sauce mixture to the rice and seafood mixture and stir until well combined.
Scoop the sushi bake mixture into silicone muffin cups, filling each cup to the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are slightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Top each sushi bake cup with a slice of avocado, a sprinkle of masago, and a small square of nori.
