Iced Coffee Breakfast Smoothie (Banana-Free)

Ingredients:

1 cup chilled brewed coffee (or cold brew)

1/2 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, dairy, etc.)

1/4 cup rolled oats

2–3 dates (pitted), or 1 tbsp maple syrup for sweetness

1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup ice cubes

Optional: 1 scoop protein powder or 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions:

Brew and chill your coffee in advance (or use cold brew).

Blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Pour into a glass and enjoy cold!
