Crispy Hot Honey Feta Chicken

Spicy, Sweet, and Savory Chicken Dish with a Crunchy Coating and Creamy Feta Topping

Ingredients:

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/4 cup honey
– 2 tablespoons hot sauce
– 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
– Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a shallow dish, mix together breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
In a separate bowl, combine honey and hot sauce.
Dip each chicken breast in the honey mixture, coating both sides, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is crispy.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top of each chicken breast.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the feta is slightly melted.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
