2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 ½ cups (150 g) rolled oats
½ cup (90 g) chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup (60 ml) honey or maple syrup (optional for extra sweetness)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix ingredients: In a bowl, combine mashed bananas, oats, vanilla, cinnamon, and honey (if using). Stir in chocolate chips.
