Crescent and Chicken Roll-ups

Ingredients:

1 package crescent rolls (8 count)

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup chopped onions

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

1 tbsp melted butter

Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, chopped onions, salt, and pepper.

Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.

Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on the wider end of each triangle.

Sprinkle a bit of cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.

Roll up the dough starting from the wider end and place on a baking sheet.

Brush the top of each roll-up with melted butter.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crescents are golden brown.

Optional: Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
