Whipped Buttercream Frosting (No Powdered Sugar)

Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

½ cup granulated sugar (or honey)

¼ cup water

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions:

Dissolve Sugar:

In a small saucepan, heat granulated sugar and water over medium heat.

Stir until sugar dissolves completely.

Let cool to room temperature.

Whip Butter:

In a large bowl, beat softened butter with an electric mixer until light and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).

Add Syrup & Vanilla:

Slowly pour the cooled sugar syrup into the butter while beating on medium speed.

Add vanilla extract and continue whipping until smooth.

Whip Heavy Cream:

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Fold & Finish:

Gently fold the whipped cream into the butter mixture until fully combined.

Use immediately or refrigerate until needed
