Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas (mashed)
1 ½ cups rolled oats
½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
¼ cup chocolate chips or raisins (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth.
Stir in oats and any optional ingredients. Mix well.
Scoop dough onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until set and lightly golden.
