Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
4 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
2 tablespoons soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions:
Cook the Beef: In a large pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
Add Aromatics: Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
Cook the Cabbage: Add the sliced cabbage and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender but slightly crisp.
Season: Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve: Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy on its own or with cauliflower rice for a low-carb meal.
